Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Gangtok
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport and proceed by road to Gangtok (approx. 5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, take a leisurely stroll along MG Road—the city's bustling hub for food, shopping, and local culture. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 2: Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the serene Rumtek Monastery, one of the most significant Buddhist monasteries in Sikkim. Continue to Do Drul Chorten, known for its spiritual ambiance and sacred relics. Rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 3: Excursion to Nathula Pass & Tsomgo Lake
After an early breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Nathula Pass (subject to permits) along the Indo-China border. En route, stop at Tsomgo Lake—a breathtaking glacial lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Return to Gangtok in the evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 4: Scenic Spots & Leisure
Today, visit the picturesque Banjhakri Falls and the colorful Flower Exhibition Centre, home to exotic Himalayan blooms. Enjoy your afternoon at leisure exploring local cafes or shopping for souvenirs. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 5: Departure
After breakfast, check out and transfer back to Bagdogra Airport for your return journey. Tour concludes with unforgettable memories of the Eastern Himalayas.
