Day 1: Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Kaziranga
Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, proceed to Kaziranga National Park (approx. 5 hours). En route, enjoy scenic countryside views. Check in to your hotel/resort. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Day 2: Kaziranga National Park Safari
Early morning, embark on a thrilling jeep safari in the Central Range of Kaziranga to witness the diverse flora and fauna, including the iconic one-horned rhinoceros. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, explore nearby tea gardens or relax at the resort. Optional afternoon jeep or elephant safari available. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.
Day 3: Kaziranga – Transfer to Guwahati
After breakfast, check out and drive to Guwahati (approx. 5 hours). On arrival, check in to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River (subject to availability). Overnight stay in Guwahati.
Day 4: Guwahati Sightseeing
After breakfast, visit the famous Kamakhya Temple located atop Nilachal Hill. Continue sightseeing with visits to Umananda Temple (on Peacock Island), Assam State Museum, and local markets. Enjoy traditional Assamese cuisine in the evening. Overnight stay in Guwahati.
Day 5: Departure from Guwahati
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey.
